small garden in
caterham
Brief
The brief for this new build garden was a low maintenance garden with architectural planting, lawn and water feature.
Design and outcome
Dark grey engineering bricks were used to edge the lawn and path which complement the slate chippings and slate water feature.
The circular lawn disguises the awkward shape of the garden. Architectural planting of Phormium, Fatsia and Callistemon add accents.
The contemporary black pots with box balls are simple but have an enduring appeal.
'The garden turned out just the way we wanted and it's been easy to maintain.'
